You can earn up to £400 by referring somebody you know to our services (regardless of whether you are a Tempstay client or not). Additionally, the person you refer will receive. 

 

 

Step 1: You inform someone about Tempstay – someone who is looking to generate an income from a property that they own. Or someone who already manages an existing short-term rental. 

 

Step 2: Fill out our referral form below in our commets section with their information to Tempstay and we will then promptly get in touch with them. 

 

Step 3: For each successful referral of an eligible property, you can expect up to £400 in cash rewards. 

 

Step 4: The amount you'll receive is determined by numerous factors including the size of the property, location, and the expected nightly rate. 

 

 

To be considered as a successful recommendation, the referred client must sign a Full Property Management contract with Tempstay and be available for bookings for at least 3 months, as per Tempstay contract. The referred property will be featured on a variety of platforms, not just Airbnb (this maximises booking potential), and Tempstay will handle all guest interactions, advertising, and management directly. 

 

The property must be completely furnished (before the listing goes live), located in a Tempstay service region, and meet Tempstay eligibility standards, which include (but are not limited to) the average achievable daily rate, the condition the property is in, and various other circumstances. Tempstay reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a property qualifies as an Eligible Property.
