We can offer contracts from 12 – 36 months, though we would hope to look after your property beyond the initial term. 
No. We do not charge you any fees and we cover the cost of any household bills, just like a traditional tenancy agreement. You will only be liable for any ground rents or service charges (if applicable) and buildings insurance. 
Each property we manage has its own 5 star defaqto rated insurance policy, though we are pleased to say that we yet to make a claim. Even though our industry is not yet fully regulated, we uphold the highest of standards and conform to the UKSTAA. 
You will still receive your rent on time and in full each and every month for the duration of our agreement. We take the risk. 
Unfortunately not. Our guaranteed rent offer is subject to internal inspection and location. If your property does not quite meet our standards, we will work with you to help you improve them. 
We will handle any minor maintenance issues with minimal fuss, and will often do so without charge. However, much like a traditional tenancy agreement, it is ultimately the landlord’s responsibility to cover the costs of such works. We have a maintenance team who can effectively handle most jobs, so we can attend to any issues quickly and effectively. 
The majority of our guests are corporate guests who are in the area for business. 
Serviced accommodation is the providing of a self-catered, fully furnished property inclusive of all bills and cleaning. A concierge-like service should also be provided. 
Serviced accommodation is typically Monday to Friday and is booked a week at a time, a concierge-like service is also expected. Short term lets or temporary accommodation is the providing of accommodation for 1-6 months. 
We would consider any area, though our core areas at present are Berkshire and London.
